Please buy products from Cloudtail India they are the best seller of Amazon best price, on time delivery, reliable products.The only negative thing I see in this microwave if u have set the clock on the microwave and the power goes and comes back it will start from 0:00. It’s always irritating to set the time from starting. Other than this everything is superb. After buying this product you guys wont be disappointed .I been using this microwave since April 2018,I will surely recommend this beautiful product from IFB to everyone.Thank You

Never buy this product. The heating rod inside the Oven got burned out. I did not expect something like this with IFB.Made several calls to authorized service and Amazon support but still could not find a solution. I am stuck with this damaged product.a) You will never get hold of an authorized service person.b) Not able to send a replacement request. No option for that. Only thing you can do is to make call to Amazon supportc) Contacted Amazon support and Authorized service center several times. No resolution found.

This is my second LG oven.. the first being MC3286blt.. since the first one inspired confidence, I bought this for a second one..That being said.. the product is good and functions exactly as described.. although I wish it had a knob to control time as pushing buttons repeatedly is a bit inconvenient..For first time buyers I must mention.. with most of these convection ovens.. the microwave and oven functions are great.. however the grill is pretty useless as it doesn’t cook evenly..

Did not expect this from Amazon. Product delivered yesterday and when we started using Grill option, smoke came out and something smells like wires are burning inside. LG customer care is not available and closed.Checked with electrician to see if we are using wrong switch to understand if it’s compatible with Owen or not and everything’s fine.Amazon has first time delivered fault piece.If I am trying to return the product, it says that contact LG customer care and it’s closed for customer services. What should I do now ?
