The look is goodThe strap is little messy to handleThe battery backup is not up to the mark

I went for this band as I didn’t want to buy Mi band 5(I already own Mi band 4). Short answer is I dont want to continue using it and there is no option to return, you can only replace which is bad.What I like :I love its design, its pretty stylish. I think it looks much better than Mi or honor bands. It tracks your activities automatically but its very slow to recognise the same. It has all the basic tracking activities and little more as well.What I don’t like :Touch response is not great. Even my mi 4 has better response than this.Very limited band face like literally around 10 or something.The reflex world app is pretty basic.Battery has gone down to 53% already within 3 days without bluetooth being connected to device.Issues I faced (still facing) :I was able to complete initial setup using app but then after that the app doesn’t start, it just force closes automatically. I tried reinstalling, restarting, providing manual permissions.I dropped an email to titan customer care and then after 2 3 hours I called them explaining my issue and then they asked me to send a video showing the issue and a ticket was created. In short its almost waste of time and experience. I have oneplus 7 and running Android 11 and they said it has nothing to do with the same.That being said i was able to setup with using my wife phone (redmi note7 pro). 2 days have past since then and I haven’t got any response from customer care.My experience is spoilt and I have ordered Samsung fit2 and will give this to my dad or mom or wife :).

I bought this product last week and I have to say that Fastrack has really nailed it with this one. The product looks great in comparison to other typical smart bands in the market and I specifically liked the fact that it has two color tones in the band and I bought the Black & Grey one.ProsComes with 10+ sport modes and I explored 6-7 of them. It even reads activities like Yoga, Indoor gym modes like elliptical, rowing, etc. and is a versatile bandThe Reflex App with this band which is easy to use and engaging, I really liked the leaderboard feature introducedThey have multiple cool watch faces inbuilt and on the Reflex World app.Is feature loaded with Heart rate monitor, sleep tracker, camera control, phone finder and everything else I needI was pleasantly surprised with the battery life, it lasted me for days. And the magnetic charger is easy to useConsDoes not have SPo2 feature but I already have an Oxymeter so not that important for me personally.It would have been better if the screen was AMOLED displayVerdict- Overall at 2495 it’s a good buy and I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a great looking band with lots of features

I bought this product as it showed that the manufacturer was in Tamilnadu. The watch is actually made in China. The product should tagged with Country of Origin – China. I would have never bought it.
