I received an unbalanced fan twice. After installing the fan was moving. I returned and received replacement. The replaced fan was not new, it was a returned product as the capacitor holder was broken. Also downrod single screw was missing. I returned it. Wasted money in installation twice.

The media could not be loaded. Well speed, good circulation of air,a considerable covering area,no swing and attendance of technician within a short period of time. Considering all the above is value for money.
