Nice fan, same as what we have been using for more than twenty years. Crompton quality remains same. However, we could have easily bought it in a store near us at same or a little less price. No price advantage online.

I received an unbalanced fan twice. After installing the fan was moving. I returned and received replacement. The replaced fan was not new, it was a returned product as the capacitor holder was broken. Also downrod single screw was missing. I returned it. Wasted money in installation twice.
