Washing machine looks nice but it’s not good one to use.. it takes double the time of shown in the display for washing ( including rinse and dry) and stains are not at all removed.. very disappointed with the whirlpool washing machine.

Does the job, though expected a little more.Went by the brand and trusting the Prime launch.Firstly, the product has inbuilt heater which is good and 5 star rated. Which are like USPs of the product.Secondly, has small agitator which helps in pushing clothes up and down. That’s better when I compre to my previous oneThirdly, simple program with multiple options and wash choices.ConsFirstly, no waste, lint or small objects collector, which technically could be a road block if any object gets stuck while rinsing or spinningSecondly, the bin gets over loaded with 6 kg of clothes but the machine says 7.5 which is like hard to believeThirdly, no in built inverter. Ensure to have appropriate electricity connection and stabilizerAbove all, service engineer pushes you to buy water softner and whirlpool’s cleaning solution which is like quite expensive. They explain hardly 2 mins about the product ans sell for 10 mins their products. Choose them wisely.

Used for a month now.About the product, not that much satisfied comparing to my old Haier washing machine.I can say two major drawbacks1. No partition for liquid detergent and not even for softener also.2. Very very very noisy in dry mode. Shaking like it will brake my wall and floor.Others working fine with all other options.I have big thumbs up for amazon service for all. They are really supportive and very attentive.
