Does good cooling so 4 stars for this. It came in nicely packaged carton and Amazon must get full credit for the same. A little niggle that I found is when temperature settings are changed through remote then it doesn’t beep and unless you look at display there is no way to find out if settings got changed or not.

AC is doing proper cooling but I am disappointed with too much noise it is making.the fan of AC is making too much noise and I have complaint about this to Hitachi and two times technicians visited at my place but the problem wasn’t fixed ,I am very disappointed with Hitachi that I asked technician to replace this piece but he refused and he just adjust with something and after couple of days it started making noise again, I see myself like a fool that I paid for Rs.25000/- for something I got the defected piece. don’t buy the Hitachi products

This was purchased for AC cooling in the Hall. Product delivered yesterday (07/09/2018) and installed and commissioned this morning (08/09/2018). Total failure and big disappointment as electric power is not passing thru the circuit. A big failure for the company and product of Hitachi. Complaint raised with Hitachi and awaiting corrective action

Good with cooling. High noise level but use silent mode, works for me. At higher fan speed noise is too much.Cooling part used auto mode with plus settings according to weather. Outside 40+ degree, 12×12 rooms cooled very fast.
