Standard installation was mentioned as 1500 on portal, whereas Carrier Service Engineer are asking 1500 installation plus 750 for stand, and 3100 for drilling and other purpose.. do not purchase any product of this brand.. Total cheating if you are paying 5000 Rs just to install product for item worth 30000..

The AC malfunctioned the very first day and in the second time of switching it on after installation. It did not respond to remote control and the indoor panel stopped displaying temperature visuals.While Amazon has accepted the return, their team has denied helping me with the installation and dismantling charges, which should not be borne by me, since installation and dismantling of a returned product should be seller’s responsibility, particularly when, the seller (cloudtail) is owned by Amazon itself. Will take this to the highest levels of Amazon team.

I think this is not right choice to purchase whirlpool AC 1.5 ton very bad product and it’s not cooling properly I have done mistake by purchasing this AC and the installation is very very bad how the company people appoint this type of technician he has fitted cross A C and charged 600/- per A C and extra 400/- for putting hole to wall this is his job to hole in the wall and fit properly but the technician are worst people I have seen in my life they did not know to fit AC properly or they acting for expecting to demand more money overall I give 3 out of 10 for installation

I am totally satisfied by d product…initially I was bit sceptical abt purchassing d item after seeing a few negative reviews…but I got d item nicely packed and delivered on time and d installation engineers came to my home d very next day and installed it professionally…perfectly..one thing I want to say here…when u r buying an ac, keep in mind that u will hav to pay installation charges + stand charges + tape charges of Rs 2200-3000…it’s d same for all companies…and for wiring and swichboard by ones local electrician, d local electrician will take 6000-7000 ( for wires, switches and services) .so if u r planning for an ac…get it in ur mind that total expenditure will be cost of AC + Rs 10000 approx.. then I belive negative comments willl lessen down

LG is spoiling the brand name due to improper management of service. Installation service provider or agency was very annoying. Seems like no LG authorized and trained personnel come for Installation anymore, they have outsourced and some amateur boys come who don’t even know where to verify model and order details. Troubled enough and wasted lot of time to see invoice, Amazon app will not let you download invoice, and is redirecting to desktop app. Not sure installation was proper, no final check done. Did not keep to the timing, came 2 hrs late, did not have additional copper tubes or 3 pin. Surprisingly insisted will install on clamp only with additional charges for clamp without proper justifications for the neèd for a clamp. I had to argue with their ‘OWNER’ of their agency to exclude clamp where not required. I had 2 AC installed they wanted 2 request no, had to put up another call with LG. Since then started getting multiple calls from different people for Installation service. Bad experience with LG.

An excellent product, very low noise, less than a fan. Only disappointment was installation. Mechanics came on due date about 6 hours late. Indoor unit back plate was hammered into the wall instead of screwing in. Indoor unit power cord clamped in place on the wires instead of the insulated portion. Level gauge was taped up so may not be accurate.Using old drill bit instead of drill saw to make hole in wall. U bend not made properly on piping exit from the wall. Outer unit installed without proper levelling. System not vaccuumed prior opening gas, just soap test done. Overall very poor installation work despite telling the mechanics the correct method. Had installed a Daikin unit last year with excellent installation job.

product is good but installation is very poor. they charged 2200 , They said installation 1000 , Outdoor ankle 850 and copper tape 400,. I have bought a water pipe.. Very unsatisfied with installation.. LG outsourcing the installation team. This is my last product from LG

bought for 25,990, plus 1200 for installation, like it, decent, high cooling and no noise., better than Samsung and LG, trust me i tried those 1.5 Ton. ya bought separate stabilizer cuz, there is frequent power cut in india

The air flow is very less as compared to lg or panasonic . The AC unit and the outer unit bothe are approx 75% of lg or panasonic.The horizontal flow in not available in any of hier ac ..did a mistake buying it . Would have spend 5k more and got a better ac . The air flow in full power mode is so less that the 75, 50 percent mode are useless. Power consumption is also same as others .no major difference .Less money hence less cooling
