Amazingly silent machine, inverter technology actually shows its working, be it the noise or power consumption. I can feel the difference as I upgraded from Samsung top loading automatic which I bought in 2010-11. All in all a very good value for money product.

Machine not functioning. To show demo of machine a person came but did not show actual demo. He explained orally everything and said this is best machine. He sold me 650 rs. Cover +200 rs. Tan cleaner. Demo person dose not come for installation he asks to hire plumber.Very frustrated and return request placed post buying of 4 days.Samsung customer Care is very ignorant to solve any small query, they don’t know where buttons are located and how to operate machine. They simply say that we will not return product. They are totally ignorant and dumb . Any training not provided to customer service agents of samsung.Samsung is big company with ignorant employees and poor customer service.I called to Amazon and they took my request of return of product. There was Amazon customer service officer Mr. Surya on call who was very honest, helpful and took my request for return of product. He is doing commendable job in customer service. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍I appreciate Mr. Surya for his excellent customer service. It was pleasent experience of talking with him.
