Great performance. Exactly as described.Reviewing after 1 week of use.However, the MS-Office license is quite limited, does not have outlook, for example. No issues, I am using my own license, and removed the installed MS-Office home & student.RAM upgrade is a must, 8 GB makes this laptop run quite smoothly. So, you should add minimum 4GB more (4 GB is soldered on the motherboard, and there is 1 slot available for expansion). i have added 8GB, which makes total RAM size 12GB)Have also ordered a NVME SSD. Will install and add to the review as soon as I get it.Please note, this laptop’s M.2 slot is not SATA compatible. Tried with SATA drives, but the drive is not recognized.All in all, a good package, and enough for regular use.Edit: Have installed the NVME SSD. Kingston A2000. Works perfectly.Laptop recognised it right away.Used EaseUS Todo backup for cloning the hdd to ssd. Has to do backup and then recover to ssd, since I did not want all partitions to be cloned to ssd.After cloning, changed the boot order in UEFI firmware, placed NVME drive first, and it booted up from the new ssd.Average boot time is 5 secs. As compared to 1 minute earlier.Later, changed the boot manager config, using bcdedit.exe. Then changed the boot order as 1. Boot manager 2. NVME drive 3. HDD. Works perfectly now.Works great.

I bought this lap less than 2 months back and I am already regretting my decision.The laptop is damn slow. Every click takes long to respond. I bought it for my son who is not doing any heavy work on it, yet a simple action becomes frustrating.And to top it all, the customer service is even worse. Even after 12 days of registering a complaint I have not received a single call from their end. I got 2 mails in between – one asking me to run diagnostic tool, and then another one after more than a week asking me to upgrade the RAM.Damn! Why are they selling this configuration when it doesnt work at all!

I bought this because my earlier laptop was slow, this one is no better! Takes ages to start up, slows down with a couple of MS office apps! Disappointed!
