V-Guard Crystal Plus Supreme TV Voltage Stabilizer for 140 cm (55″) TV + Set top Box + Home Theatre System (Working Range: 90-290V; 3 A)

When my stabilizer got burnt due to heavy voltage, even though it doesn’t cover this damage, still when I approached the company at Hyderabad they are replaced with new one. I am happy the way they treated customers in satisfactory level.

Update :8th December 2017It was working fine so far and todaymorg there was some spark as soon it was switched ON and I can see the the connector plastic got melted .As per the spec it should handle 60inch tv with DVD and dth.However I have only 42 inch TV and dth ,for this load itself the connector plastic is melted and I’m afraid of using this as the spark keeps coming when I switched it again.I have posted the picture as well.Manufactures could you please explain this problem?.Return policy is just 10days and so it is waste of money for me.

Nice product. Till now its working fine. But Its little bit heavy therefore you need to have a clear idea about the platform where and how you’re going to keep it.

Voltage stabilizer stops working within 3 months. Very low quality product.

It has not cut the power on high voltage. After using with 43 inch tv. TV got bursted one day on voltage flexuation . No use of using this . Wastage of money.

The media could not be loaded.  It wont boost above 30v…. when input is 140v it boost to 170v only…..ridiculous ….blinking what to do next…..but they advertising 90v to 270v range…see the video for proof….well on one side of the product they mention that from 167v it will boost to 200v …thats the true capacity it has ….photo attached….

After opening the box, i see a poor quality item… My mind was not okay to fit & check with TV. If you place it outside of the TV table it will ruins the look of TV & hall…Immediately i initiated return. Bought V Guard MINI crystal for my MarQ by Flipkart 49″ LED TV

Though my area doesn’t have power fluctuation issue, the Flipkart/Jeeves guy suggested me to buy this to be on the safer side. Though it’s said that it’s for 32″ TVs, the guy said it’s absolutely fine to use it. And till date, I am not having any issue. So five star from my side.

I find it very easy to install and mount it. You just have to drill two holes in the wall and that’s it. I bought it 9 months back and till now, my 49″ Smart UHD 4k Sanyo TV is working without problem. The TV wattage is like 40 watts. Though Smart TV have in-built stabilizer, it is best to have an external stabilizer also. I like the simplicity of this device and works as mentioned in the specs. When I sent a mail to their customer relationship, I was given the 5 year warranty also. I duly recommend it for big TVs.

Itz awful to read from the instruction manual that the customers should ensure that the voltage doesn’t exceed 320 Volt. If not the connected equipment would be damaged. The reason I purchased this stabilizer is to ensure that over voltage doesn’t reach my TV. As per the instruction should I connect this stabilizer to some other step down device to ensure it doesn’t get the input of more than 320 V ?! It doesn’t make sense.Am disappointed to learn this..!!

Excellent product, serves the intended purpose very well.Quality, finish, and efficiency is best.I even checked the output using multimeter, it was rock steady and exact value as per the product brochure.The delivery was on time, packing very sturdy and safe.

The media could not be loaded.  Dont buy vguard product. I have a trust on this brand because of that reason i bought it. Its name is stabilizer what it is not doing is stabilizing the voltage. Please check the video , as per the product its operational output voltage should between 200 to 240(input 167 to 288v) but when my input goes down to 196 the output is 196 only.that means it is not stabilizing the voltage.I replaced it once but the same is happeningSo dont go with this

Do not purchase this particular product. It stopped working after one year of purchase and the tv to which it is connected also stopped working. So this is not stabilizing the fluctuations at all..Zero stars if possible

I’m using this for my new Samsung 55 inch QLED tv, Set top box and modem as there is a lot of power fluctuations in my locality. No fuss like buying a converter, just plug your eletronic devices to the stabilizer’s right sockets and use away.An extra fuse is provided and you can wall mount it if you want. Let’s hope it lasts longer like the other VGuard stabilizers in my home.

It does not regulate voltage just cuts voltage above 290V. It is even cutting power above 270V above 290V is very rare occasion So this is just a metal box with transistors. No regulation of voltage of high or low voltage. So voltage between 170V to 290V will still reach appliances i have tested with voltage meter it was still sending 260V output to my television slowly the TV will degrade. It might protect from high voltage above 290V due to thunder or spike very costly product.

Old product delivered, don’t purchase

This is the first time I used Monitor Brand Stabiliser. I have ordered for my 55 Inch TV. Actually I have received replacement order today. On the original order I found small dent on the surface of the Product. Package everything looks fine. They have whatsapp support also. So immediately I have contacted them through whatsapp. And they have asked me to return the product. So I have ordered replacement two days ago and I got product within two days. So warranty wise they give us 5 years warranty if we purchase online. I have contacted them on Whatsapp and immediately they have activated 5 years warranty. Anyway I have started using the product today only. So far good. Will see how it goes. Also they have mentioned that if we have any issue with the product just order replacement on Amazon, we need to send the product via courier to their Hyderabad address. Once we share the courier slip details to them they will send the replacement order. I liked this warranty type. Will see how it performs.

Purchased in November 2017. For 2.5 years the product functioned satisfactorily. Thereafter, a humming sound started coming. This sound is jarring in nature and ruins overall experience. A request for email support resulted in a mobile number that no one cared to pick; after persistent calls, I was asked to take the stabilizer to their service center. In the lockdown scenario, there is no point in risking my life for 1600/- product. So, I am writing this investment off – Served well for 2.5 years but possibly, its the time to allow it a natural death. My old sen and pandit stabilizer is still going strong, even though it is bulky.

Not able to use SCV power cable in stabiliser. Added an adapter and connected the stabiliser

Received one year old product (nov-2019). However warranty registered in website.
