This item is crap. Cheap plastic. I bought this item based on the reviews. But never expected this to be so cheap and knock off. It doesn’t heats properly even a small size room. Pathetic experience.If you want a good durable one, go for some good brands. We can’t find the customercare for this product. Don’t get mislead by the reviews.

Reviewing after 2 months of usage.Pros:- Two power settings for heat.- Can be used as a table fan in summers.- Heats up the room extraordinarily well (my room is 15′ X 15′)Cons:- The product appears flimsy to the touch.- The fan makes too much noise at times.- Elevation/angling feature is not available (to adjust the angle of the heater)P.S. You will need a 15A power outlet (larger socket) to run the heater.P.P.S. Two years on, it’s still working great!

I bought this product to get relief from cold. But the product stopped working after 16 days. I missed my return window. As the product description says that there is a warranty of 1 Year but the person at service center told me that there is no warranty on online sold products. Hence, waste of money buying this product.I request you to not to buy this product.

I hv been using this product for almost nearly 5months so far the product is doin an excellent job but the only con is tat u get some kind of plastic smell which is tolerable for very few minutes like say for half an hr in approx therefore i dont recommend this if ur going to use for longer period say like for a whole night or so . But it can b used to quickly warm ur body if ur feeling the chill some wt like an instant heater .

Looks quite little but work very well. Good for small size room. Recommend to those who have little toddlers in their house, coz radiant heaters and oil heaters are quite risky for kids home. Whom has kids in their house go for it.

As you can see the heater uses parabolic reflector for transmitting energy with infrared radiation, which raises the question is it safe for your eyes? Just keep the heater away from your field of view(somewhere in the corner of room where you usually don’t look) apart from that its a good way to quickly heat a small room within 10-15 min. Coil smells like burnt fabric in first few uses but after that the smell is reduced. Not for long time use too, use only in short bursts of 10-15 min when you feel cold also its a 1000Wh load which for me translates to around ₹5 per 60 min of usage (will depend on your power provider slab).

Element is over heating at a certain point and getting red hot which is very bad it will break from there. Severe lack of quality control. I think I got defective piece.

This piece is sold at around 2.5k in “physical” market. However due to high demand the cost was exorbitantly increased to 3.1k. And only a day after purchase, the same seller was selling it for 3.5k! In fact, 2 mins after i purchased, its price was increased by this very seller by Rs 150!! What can i say? i feel cheated as malls are selling this product at a far lower price than at amazon by this seller!Well for the product, we love it. Tiny, small and effective for a medium sized room. For drawing room area, it will increase the temperature, but wont make u feel as if sitting beside a bonfire!

This is the worst product in the history of my Amazon purchases. The product got lit on fire within 10 mins of its use and burnt my entire room down. It is a very dangerous product and must not be used by anybody. My bed, table, clothes everything were burnt to ashes.

It is working fine when placed vertically,but when placed horizontally it is producing a huge noise. I don’t know whether this a defect in the product or this is how the product works.. I was not able to use for an hour as well…

Guys, this is an HONEST REVIEW as after a lot of research I gave a shot to CANDES and watching “SILENT” in their title, I bought a Candes INOVA on 25th Dec. 2021.Company claims it to be a SILENT blower.Opposite to the Company’s claim, this Candes INOVA produces a lot of noise, as is audible in attached video..Second mistake, I didn’t return the product and instead I thought that Company would take care of this minor problem. But again opposite to my expectation, company didn’t pay any heed to my complaint.So for me both the things… Product and service of the company didn’t go upto my trust..
