It has been only 2 days of my purchase, so i cant give a proper review of this hard drive.Physical overview: Sturdy, compact, nice design with cable holder. The silicon material is great but prone to Dust and Oil magnet, but not deal breaker.Transfer speed was upto 130Mbps in USB3.0 and 20mbps in usb 2.0The file system is Fat32 as default.One star less due to warranty period claim. Mentioned as 3 years but i got for 2.5 years.otherwise best Durable Drive below Rs 4000********UPDATE*******I wrote the above description in February 2018.It was working fine but stopped in May 18. The Hard Drive could not be initialized. I did try to recover my files but none softwares recognize it. I will get replacement for the same. Maybe there is some fault in this Product, make sure to check other disks.*2nd October 2019****UPDATE****The replaced hardisk is working excellent. The read and write speeds are 120mbps on average. Good product

This product is huge. The size mentioned by seller (17.5 x 4.3 x 13.2 cm) is the package size and not helpful at all. The exact size is 14x10x2 cm and almost the size of a external DVD writer. If you do not mind carrying a big HDD this one is sturdy and built to withstand rough handling. Speed is good.

I’m reviewing this HDD after using for 35 days:Pro: ONLY ONE – Sturdiness & durabilityI gave it one one star for it.Cons: SO MANY – Just look at the picture about the speed i am getting while copying files!Let me come straight, if you’re looking for speed than this HDD isn’t for you!I’m geeting 5mb/s on an average!!!!! That’s below standard.After paying this much money, i expect a little bit more atleast.Go for Seagate or other good brand than ADATA.
