Doesn’t hold heat and cold for long. I have had better pads earlier. The cover and the Velcro strip are pretty large and good and so the wrapping is easy for any part of the body (I use it for my elbow and knee mostly).Its not very bad, but the gel quality may not be that great due to its retention capacity.
