Hi,Let’s unbox this: In this pack you have heating belt, with two extender for hip pain, a band if you are healthy enough and required an extra extender, and charger…I used this belt as my parents have knee pain and shoulder pain…Pros:*Cloth material on one side is velvet and other side it’s plain which helps you to stick that belt easy on hand and knee…*First extender can be used for hip and shoulder pain…. If you are fat like me this band will help for extending.*Heating is good as required for body, if you feel more heat you can turn of the button pressing it slight long..Cons:*It don’t have setting to increase or decrease heat..Over all to me it’s a best product, thank you😇😍

This product is amazing. After reading some bad reviews on the product, for a movement even I thought of cancelling. But unfortunately there was no return policy. Landing into no option I received the product. Now I feel fortunate to have this product. I was suffering from knee & shoulder pain, after using this product, I got great Relief. Temperature controller is working fine & color indication is fantastic. Cable length is also good. In case of defective, the return policy of the product most be incorporated, so that many buyers will get confidence over the products. My sincere advise is every one must have something like this for pain killing rather than going for piles.
