LG 190 L 4 Star Inverter Direct Cool Single Door Refrigerator (GL-D201APZY, Shiny Steel)

Very bad refrigerator, water falling in side the fridge regularly. I have called the technician twice , but he couldn’t solve the problem. Now I have to think about changing the fridge of LG.

Received a damage product and even can’t close the door properly need to put more pressure to close it and it doesn’t properly. If touch it then it will start shaking.. refrigerator stands are not proper.. even delivery guys didn’t put it properly. They didn’t handle it with care. Very disappointed..

pros THE BEST PRODUCT. LOW NOISE THAN SAMSUNG. VOLTAGE FLEXIBILTY IS ONE OF THE BEST PROS. COOLING OF REFRIGRATOR IS VERY NICE.cons:1. COLOR OF REFRIGRATOR MAKE IT HELL. LOOK LIKE STEEL BOX.2. WATER DRAINING SYSTEM IS POOR IT LEAKS SOMETIMES,3. DOOR IS TIGHT AND REFRIGRATOR IS LIGHT WEIGHT SO REFRIGRATOR SLIPS ON FLOOR WHILE OPENING OF DOOR.

Price:Baught this from amazon on bank offer. Around 2500 less than quotation from localbanglore shopes. Thanks amazon.Delivery:Was afride about the shipment, if it will be dimaged.. but nothing happend… It reached in to our kitchen very safely, without even a single scratch. Was above my expectations.Usage:Cooling is nice. Enough space for needs of our small family.Particularly observed that fruits and vegetables inside vegitable box retained its crispiness even after one week. That was amazing considering my old fridge cant store them for more than couple of days.No much noise., Thanks for inverter technologyUpdates after 3 months:There is no big change in current bill. 5 star rating started paying back 😉 on bill!!!Amazing product from LG.You can go for it without any doubt. It’s a small refrigerator. Good for small family..It has a good cooling and capacity is also ok for medium size family

I got defective product the door is not closing properly.. Body was compressed from bottom due to that door is not closing… And the back socket was missing too…Worst experience from amazon…

I have purchased this fridge on Prime Days offer at Amazon with exchanging my old fridge.Amazon delivered it within next days of order place.The fridge is good and compact and also no hamming sound found at the time of running the compressor and also defrosting system found ok.I have observed one problem but may be this problem happen for new fridge when we close the door of fridge and at the time tense to full close of door some sound is coming and the technician of LG told this happen with new fridge and sound coming from gasket of fridge and when the fridge going to old at that time the sound also going to reduce.

Power consumption is very high. Which is 2 unit approx per day even with selector knob keepig at lowest range. LG company is showing 131 unit power consumption per year. Company is bluffing his customer saying that 131 unit power consumption per year. And this is 5 star product also.

ice cream won’t freeze much… Remains soft….but Lot of ice forms on walls. Need to defrost every in 3-4 days and lot of water it makes….. Biggest drawback is the back tray which collects water, to remove it you have to open screw and it is very difficult to remove if it is full of water again you have to tight screw to put it back after throwing water….and also it becomes bend one side if it is full of water…… Come on LG how can you design such bad way no one have brain there…. ?I have an old godrej fridge which have very handy tray… easily you can remove and install without screw and ice cream remains solid its better than this stupid LG fridge.

Please do not buy the product from Amazon they are not help to do anything, I booked fridge on 5 Aug, Amazon delivery was pathetic and they send the delivery after 18 days wherein there website they promised to customer to send the delivery in 2-3 days after that the LG demo technician visited our home after 5 days by so many follow up, then after 7 day of demo fridge body get sweated and small bend in below side of door which is not seen by normal eyes so ask for Amazon regarding this they told 10 days warranty gets over ND called LG regarding this after called the LG they will not help anything just told technician will come after 2 days of call lock still the LG technician is not visiting our home to check refrigerator

Very good product.

Delivery guy asked us to switch it on after 3 hrs. We pluckud in it in the night to find it’s not switching on only. We raised a complaint to samsung. They said it will take more than 2days.

Nice Refrigerator go for this because 1st of all this is LG , 2nd Low budget and very good performance, 3rd Good product quality, 4th 5stars, 5th All advanced features like ICLastly look is awesome 👌🏻

Delivery was done on time and I want to share my experience with you# After delivery I balanced the product with few thick papers only placing on the front legs and adjusted excellently.#Then wait for 3Hrs to Power ON.#Now I’m using this product for last Two days.My innitial opinion is that it is Good enough for small family. Cooling is sufficient and it produces less noise- that’s a great thing.I’ll give a detail review after a month so that I can check whether it is energy efficient or not.

Hi,Using this refrigerator for the past one week. I like it as it has all the basic features one can expect from a refrigerator of this price point. The cooling is proper and fast. Below are the points I would like to highlight:-Pros:1. The color of the fridge is subtle and one of the best in this low price segment, I don’t like the usual floral print types so this was the best available option for me.2. The fridge is less noisy and although not recommended to keep on stands, I have put it on the stand on leveled ground so have no vibration and related noise issue.3. The inside is well managed to have maximum space for food items (Better managed than my previous electrolux one of similar capacity)4. The brand value of Samsung, it’s somewhat reliable to have a samsung device at the competitive price rather than having supposedly better features at almost similar price from different brand.Cons:1. It’s a 2 star fridge so current consumption would be higher as expected. I have not checked anyway and knowingly bought this so can’t complain much on this ground.2. You get only one small ice cube maker tray and one fragile plastic key with this, which can be easily misplaced!3. The both sides of the fridge becomes too hot (very much) on initial run which makes one concerned of it’s wellbeing. After few hours of run it becomes a habit and you start to ignore it! The side panels only gets cold when the fridge takes periodic sleep inbetween…Hope this helps!

Very very bad product.highly disappointed. Very heavy ice accumulation every time,my buy for this fridge is just 2 months old but it is troubling me since day 1. When we ordered for technician support he asked us to defrost it every third day,which is practically impossible.better to throw your money in garbage then to buy such a product.samsung being a reputed brand has completely disappointed me in this order.

The Refrigerator just looks awesome and is a well build product, the fit and finish quality is also good also cooling of this fridge is very powerful even on lower settings it make ice cube faster, Just the side panels get little warm but its not a malfunction as noted by samsung. Storage is also adequately spacious for 2 to 3 people family (Small Family), This fridge comes with stand with drawer for storage of onion and potatoes pre-installed so no stand required.overall a very good product at this price

The product is good but lacks anti skid measure at the bottom so when you try to open the fridge the whole unit moves.
