Giving accurate weight.. Look wise good.. Price is reasonable.Edit: after more than a year of use, it is still working fine and even one battery is running for so long.

I HAVE PURCHASED THE ITEM BECAUSE IT IS A ‘AMAZON CHOICE’,BUT TO MY SURPRISE,THIS ITEM IS DEFECTIVE,SHOWS WRONG READING,ALSO TEMPERATURE SHOWING 27 DEGREE CELCIUS,NOW HERE IS 25 DEGREE,MORE OVER,5 KGS OF WIGHT SHOWING 6.5 KGS,MY STANDARD BODY WEIGHT IS 52+,BUT SHOWS 49.90 KGS.AT MORNING IN EMPTY STOMACH.3 DAYS I TRIED ABOVE-MENTIONED TESTS 6 TIMES,SHOWING DIFFERENT RESULTS.WHEN I ORDERED THERE WAS NO MENTION OF BATTERIES INCLUDED,SO I PURCHASED SEALED PAIR OF AAA” BATTERIES,WHICH BECAME USELESS,BY PROFESSION I AM BONAFIDE TECHNICAL PROFESSIONAL,SO I KNOW PROS & CONS OF ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENT,THERE IS NO SCOPE TOCALIBRATE MANUALLY, BECAUSE THERE IS NO SUCH BUTTON FOR ADJUSTMENT OR CALIBRATE THE ITEM.SO ,I HAVE NO OTHER OPTION, RATHER THAN TO RETURN & GET REFUND OF THE ITEM.ITEM.

Writing this review after using the product EVERYDAY for 2.5 years. I am amazed at the quality of the product and its accuracy.I have had an analogue mechanical weighing scale before buying this. We needed to change it after using it for almost six years. When I started exploring for options i wanted to opt for a digital weighing scale this time. Then started my search. I was not aware of this brand health genie and unlike now I was really not good at choosing a product based on its post purchase service, warranty and other details. I just went ahead with its classy look and the inspiring quote on the scale “NEVER QUIT ” YOU STUMBLE, GET BACK UP. WHAT HAPPENED YESTERDAY NO LONGER MATTERS. TODAY IS ANOTHER DAY GET BACK ON TRACK AND MOVE CLOSE TO YOUR DREAMS AND GOALS. YOU CAN DO IT. This was quite inspiring and much needed dose of inspiration for me then. At times the little changes we make around keeps us going and succeed.★ Look :It is very classy and seems as a piece of art in the home.★ Quality: High Quality GlassThe quality of the glass used is very good. in the 2.5 years many times we moved the scale form one room to other and shifted form one house to other. Now when I look at the scale before writing the review, I don’t see a single scratch and not a single edge is cracked. Looks completely brand new. (Including the pictures for reference)Once the scale is placed on the ground it does not slide away, it has four rubber stoppers at the lower part of the scale to make it stay still when placed on the ground. This protect the scale from sliding away and getting damaged.★ Reading:The reading is very accurate ie, generally in analogue scale the reading changes when the person standing on the scales moves even very slightly, but in this scale once the reading is displayed, it doesn’t change with simple movements of the body.With the change of surface, there is very slight variation of 50 to 100 grams of weight and this variation is not too high.★ Battery :The product came with a 3V battery included and it lasted almost for 2+ years and we had to change the battery only 4 months ago. Good battery life.★ USB charging :In the product description I see that, the scale has USB charging port but the scale I got does not have any such facility. I have once again cross checked the model I bough, it is the same HD-221 model. I am not sure how this feature is missing in the unit i got.★ Room temperature Reading:This feature is also missing in the unit I got.My take on “Healthgenie HD-221 Digital weighing scale:m✓ Go for it. Its the best quality weighing scale.The features also seem to be upgraded from the time I bought this.

First thing its very lightweight even my 5 year old son can hold it very well and very much under the budget which is a great point when it comes to money. Stronger than the transparent glass ones you see , the plastic material is pretty much sturdy and solid. When it comes to screen boy! it got a pretty big number to see even from a little distance.Totally value for money go for it.

Light weight, easy to start and use….Delivered on 26th jan 2020… it has stopped working on 7th March 2020…When u step on it its blank… even after replacing batteries its blank.. when I lift it and press a button the display is on.. and when you step on it… it goes off..Product not long lasting

Accuracy as mentioned is 0.05 kgMy product is delivered today.After the calibration process is over,my weight was showing as 67.90.Next after few secs it was showing 68.40.Again it was showing 68.00kg.Overall it was above average and good.It is value for money..and light weight…..although for accuracy I was expecting better.This is my review on the first day .I may edit my review after future use

Never ever buy this. It showed accurate result only on the delivered day. From the very next day it started showing + 4KG every time I step on it. Now it’s showing 40Kg difference. Tried switching on off resetting and every possible thing. No use.Utter waste product. Not worth. Poor calibration. Never get cheated looking into reviews or rating, it’s of no use. Not even worth 60Rs. 2Rs coin weighing scale in bus stops work far better than this.

I have purchased the machine on 11 may 2020 it work fine for 1 week only after that it stopped working. I tried with new batteries but it didn’t worked. Since it is under one year warranty, I contacted the Amazon for replacement but they are saying contact with the dealer…. So far I am not getting any response from any one…. Very disappointed with the team….

I used this product for less than 6 months and it stopped working. There was rust formation where batteries are placed. On complaining, the customer care team told they cannot help me with this as it is the first time they saw rust formation in battery area and they don’t repair/ replace the product even it is in warranty period. Money and time wasted. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

This machine is bit smaller in size 26×26 cm, it is not comfortable if you have big feet. The glass top is thin looks like 3mm thick, so it needs to be handled carefully. The readings are accurate and repeatable that is the good part. There is no backlight, it takes about 2seconds for it to wake up when you step on it.However, the company has not mentioned the manufacturer details or country of origin anywhere on the packaging or in instructions manual. It just says imported and marketed by healthgenie. The rules of legal metrology says manufacturer details should be labelled on the product. Most likely this is a Chinese import and the company is suppresing that information.

We recently purchased this product.Weighing scale is not showing accurate results whenever we do a check on scale every other day. We are two members in family and its displays weight measurements either increased by same value or decreased by same value from the previous reading for both of us.We always caliberate the scale as per the instructions given in the attached manual before taking weight measurements.We tried reaching out to seller Healthgenie multiple times for replacement as the product in undef warranty, but there were no response.I request amazon to either replace the product or get it returned to the seller as the scale is not functioning properly.

Worst product ever plz dont but this first they give warenty if you write good review on itMachine work well just for 1 month after that it stop workingWhen I put complaint they said send machine to us with your own courier chargesAnd once I send it there is no response even their site does not open in my phone after they receive my productIts worst exprience everAmazon plz dont sell this kind of fraud brand products

The media could not be loaded.  Correct accuracy.Came with battery and well packed. Got the product safely.Pros:It shows exact weight. Checked with one kg prepacked dhall and it exactly showed one kg. Showing Same weight all time in empty stomach.Cons:Made fully of tempered glass. Should be handled with care.No grip while carrying the machine.Sides should have been given a rubber insulation to escape from any bumps while carrying. Shows temperature, battery life and weight. Nice one but pls make few modifications.

Big defective scale, scale shows different results every time we check weight. E.g.: results are showing lesser weights every time I checked weight first time it showed 74.2, then 73.5 followed by 72.8 and 72.3 and 71.9 kg, these weights are taken with a gap a 1 min every time. I wonder how a persons weight will change every minute, if it’s not a defect. Moreover this item comes with a non-returanable/refundable terms, which is amazon team to check to avoid any brand damage for it.

Product is good but the gimmick they run is very unprofessional. They will call you and say that if you rate the product then they will send the 1 year warranty email which they don’t.They are so desperate for reviews that they will guide you through whole product review process and ask you what you see on the screen after submitting the review. Then only they claim to send the warranty. It’s a bad way of marketing!

Light weight and easy to use .Dont know about the accuracy right now.one year warranty included .they also gave 3 facial mask and a measuring tape .
