Delivery was not smooth as expected because delivery person delayed due to certain problems, but overall delivery person did a good job. REFRIGERATOR IS WINE Red in color so look wise very good, runs smoothly and cools much faster than my old refrigerator. EXCHANGE WAS AVAILABLE AND THE EXCHANGE PRICE WAS SATISFACTORY. Quality of material used especially in inner shelf is really good and durable.

Received a damaged product.. one leg was missing and the fridge was not able to stand on its own, also there was damage near the door.. so decided not to buy any such heavy items via Amazon.. it’s waste of time and money..

I have purchased this fridge on Prime Days offer at Amazon with exchanging my old fridge.Amazon delivered it within next days of order place.The fridge is good and compact and also no hamming sound found at the time of running the compressor and also defrosting system found ok.I have observed one problem but may be this problem happen for new fridge when we close the door of fridge and at the time tense to full close of door some sound is coming and the technician of LG told this happen with new fridge and sound coming from gasket of fridge and when the fridge going to old at that time the sound also going to reduce.

Power consumption is very high. Which is 2 unit approx per day even with selector knob keepig at lowest range. LG company is showing 131 unit power consumption per year. Company is bluffing his customer saying that 131 unit power consumption per year. And this is 5 star product also.

Excellent product from Whirlpool, needed a second fridge to store grocery , purchased this fridge in the Amazon Sale for 9350, it does not need installation ,just plug and switch on, only thing to remember is fix the legs which are inside the vegetable box. Just for future service had called a guy for demo from Whirlpool toll free , so that they save all the details for future reference.
