28 litre is approaching for medoum size family. While the oven is great so far minor flaws like wire length is very small, the tawa we got with it was bent from multiple sides we didn’t want to return the complete oven for tawa and any other alternate solution was shot down by Amazon which was very disappointing. Packaging was not at all good and the delivery was delayed as well. While product is fine shopping experience was bad.

Amazon has sold the product. However, Samsung has neither acknowledged the purchase nor agreed to do installation and stamp warranty card. Amazon also has not provided any receipt by email. I’m not sure if Samsung will honour warranty for this product.

So if u want to heat for additional 10 secs ,then u will need to click 30secs and turn off at 10 secs. That’s kind of irritating
